This site is intentionally minimal about data. It sets no cookies, runs no cross-site tracking, and loads no third-party trackers. This policy explains the little data that is processed and your rights under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller for this site can be reached at info@satoshicaesar.online. Full legal identification of the controller is provided on request and before entering any contractual relationship.
2. What data is processed
Server logs
The hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records technical data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to serve pages and keep the site secure and operational. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that is cookieless, aggregated, and uses no persistent identifiers — it cannot track you across sites or over time. Because no cookies or persistent personal data are stored, no cookie banner is required.
Email contact
If you email info@satoshicaesar.online, your address and the content of your message are processed solely to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)–(f) GDPR).
RSS feed
The RSS feed contains published articles only and processes no personal data.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind — neither technical nor profiling. Consequently, no cookie consent banner is shown.
4. Processors & third parties
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and cookieless web analytics.
No advertising networks, social pixels, or data brokers are used.
5. International transfers
Vercel is based in the United States. Where EU personal data (e.g. IP addresses in logs) is processed there, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
Server logs and aggregated analytics are retained only as long as necessary for security and statistics and are then deleted or fully anonymized. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@satoshicaesar.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated over time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
